A:For ESS products, we are guaranteed for 5 years. For EPS and HPS products, we are guaranteed for 3 years. For small problems, we will issue maintenance instructions and express spare parts. Customers can repair and replace spare parts by themselves according to the instructions. If it cannot be solved within the warranty period, our company will arrange professional people to repair or changed the products.
